The Delaware County Election Board is slapping subpoenas on two local officials who were late in filing their campaign finance reports. Delaware County Commissioner James King and Yorktown Clerk-treasurer Beth Neff, HAVE filed the reports, however the election board feels they haven’t adequately answered questions about the late filings and their understanding of state election law.
