Ra’Niqua Davis and Myrna Ivey – creators of a student scholarship foundation – are among 11 people honored during the Anderson/Madison County Black Chamber of Commerce 10 Year Anniversary Awards at Hoosier Park. It was the culminating event for a week of activities, including a leadership luncheon and a symposium on race, religion and politics.
