Charges of striking a three year old boy in the mouth face a Muncie woman. 20 year old Eirreo Griffin of the 14-hundred block of East Kirk Street, is charged with battery of a person under 14. Police say the child was hit as Griffin tried to fight the sister of a former boyfriend. The young child reportedly had cuts on both lips. Griffin is due in court on September 19th.
