A teenager playing a game of Russian roulette shot himself in the head in New Castle Tuesday afternoon. New Castle Mayor Greg York says the incident happened in a home with several other teens at approximately 3 p.m. The victim was awake and alert as he was transported to the hospital. No other details have been released.
