A big jump in heroin overdoses over the weekend. A new, deadly form of the drug is on the streets and it’s keeping Delaware County EMS crews very busy. They normally see one or two a week, but over the weekend, the county’s ambulance service, responded to “seven to 10” heroin overdose calls each day. Investigators believe the heroin is coming from the Dayton area.
