12 years behind bars for a convicted sex offender who pleaded guilty to child molestation charges. 31 year old Paul John Moore, formerly of Muncie, had two other charges, a second molesting count, and failure to register as a sex or violent offender, dismissed. Moore was convicted of sexual battery and child exploitation in Marion County in 2009, and vicarious sexual gratification in Blackford County in 2014.
