Some changes to Reid Health in Richmond means it is now considered a baby-friendly birth facility. It’s a process that took three years for the entire hospital staff to complete. Even hospital custodians had a test to pass for the facility to be approved. Reid is one of just 10 Indiana hospitals, and only 364 nationwide, which have achieved Baby-Friendly status.
