Richmond Police Department officers have arrested a man suspected of at least three recent burglaries. Jamison Edwards Ramsey, 29, was arrested on Level 5 burglary charges. Ramsey is accused of robbing a number of businesses in the area. Ramsey has a history of convictions in Wayne County dating to 2005.
