A new food shopping option is coming to Muncie. Ownership says the Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market will open in early 2018 along McGalliard Road behind Chick-fil-A. It’s expected to be about 28 thousand square feet with around 200 parking spaces. Officials also say the opening of the store will bring with it, more than 80 jobs with average salaries around $35,000.
