The Delaware County leg of the Indiana Bicentennial Torch Run is next Tuesday. It starts with a free Community Pancake Breakfast at Heartland Hall at the Delaware County Fairgrounds and mobile museum tours from 7-9am; followed by the lighting of the torch. Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will be the first of 24 people to run the torch through Delaware County.
