Free Civil Legal Help Today

An Indiana Legal Services, attorney will be in Muncie today from 10am until 1pm to provide free legal help on civil matters to area residents. Qualified residents must be a US citizen or documented immigrant to receive the free advice at Carnegie Library at 301 East Jackson Street.
