New Castle felon has been accused of setting a fire in the Henry County jail. 27-year-old Brendon Michael Smith is charged in Henry Circuit Court 2 with arson, carrying up to 12 years in prison. Smith — awaiting trial in a robbery case — is accused of setting a blaze in the New Castle jail during the early morning hours of Aug. 3.
