Anderson Man’s Case To Be Heard By Indiana Supreme Court

The Indiana Supreme Court will hear the case of an Anderson man convicted for a 1996 murder during an apparent botched drug deal. The state’s highest court will review a lower court ruling that returned Trondo Humphrey’s conviction after finding he had ineffective counsel. Oral arguments are set for Oct. 20 at the Indiana Statehouse. The 37-year-old Humphrey is serving a 60-year term.
