Three Kids Found Living In Horrible Conditions

The Randolph County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a neglect case in which three children were living in deplorable conditions. The sheriff served a search warrant at a home in the 7500 block of West 300 South in Farmland. Officers say the inside of the trailer was in deplorable condition. The floors were soaked in urine and covered in animal feces, and it was infested with cockroaches. There were three children living in that house. Ralph and Amy McKinney have been arrested on three counts of neglects of a dependent.
