A new health care provider will be offered to Madison County employees. Beginning in October, PMR Healthcare of Indianapolis will operate the clinic that has been operated by QuadMed. The County spends $360,000 per year for the employee health care services. The new contract, approved by Madison County commissioners, is for three years at a cost of $400,000 per year.
