Maxim Sues IMS Over Party Attendance

Popular men’s magazine, Maxim, is suing the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. They were expecting to make at least $1 million from a party the magazine was hosting during the Indianapolis 500 this year but didn’t. The magazine filed a lawsuit in federal court in Indianapolis, demanding IMS pay more than 800-thousand dollars in damages. The company claims the Speedway is guilty of breach of contract.
