Rape charges face a 69-year-old Randolph County man. Police say James Wilson of North Randolph County Road 700-E, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in his home near Union City. The charges indicate Wilson forced a 40 year old woman to perform a sex act at his home. She was there with a muutal acquaintance and hadn’t met Wilson before.. She claims he pulled her hair and threatened to beat her. Wilson claimed to have paid the woman for the sex act.
