Officials with the Muncie Animal Shelter plan to move to their new Riggin Road location the week of September 5th, and they plenty to due in the meantime. The shelter currently has about 200 cats after 100 were removed from a home in Daleville. Officials admit it would take a small miracle for them to have fewer than a hundred left by moving time. The grand opening for the new facility is set for September 10th.
