An ex-health teacher at Noblesville High School is charged with child seduction and deviate conduct. Police say 35 year old Nicholas McKinney fondled one teen and tried to touch another while they slept in his home after a night of drinking. The incident dates back to August of 2012. McKinney had taught one of the victims who had plans to serve as his teaching assistant. He had invited the two girls to his home.
