A Delaware County couple is set to go before the Circuit Court next week to answer to charges of child neglect. Steven and Angela Wood have each been charged after more than 100 cats and two dogs were discovered in the couple’s Daleville home in conditions that were so filthy that Child Protective Services assumed the care of a 9-year-old child living there.
