In Winchester, the woman accused of dumping her own urine on her neighbor’s house because she didn’t like him will not go to jail. 69-year-old Jackie VanTyle of Lynn received a suspended sentence for criminal mischief yesterday in a plea deal with prosecutors. She was ordered to pay $3,100 restitution and offered an apology.
