A collision between a motorcycle and a truck has injured a pregnant Alexandria woman. It happened near the intersection of Cross and Crystal streets in Anderson. 21-year-old Kayla Carter, a passenger on that motorcycle, was taken to an Indianapolis hospital where she was treated for a fractured pelvis and is being monitored on behalf of her unborn child. She is eight months into her pregnancy. The driver of the truck, 51-year-old Floyd Craver III, was arrested for fleeing the scene and OWI.
