Muncie’s main water tower is undergoing renovations. The 2-million-gallon, 150-feet-tall tank just south of downtown is getting a new epoxy-resin coating inside and out. The elevated tank is one of two in the Muncie distribution system, the other being the West Jackson Street tank.
