In New Castle, a Muncie man is facing molestation charges for allegedly abusing a child under 13. 58-year-old William Culler was arrested by Henry County and facing 8 charges that if convicted could put him in prison for decades. He’s in jail with a high bond and is scheduled to go to trial in October.
