MCS teachers announce no-confidence in board, superintendent

The Muncie City Schools are continuing to have problems, not only with the deficit of millions of dollars, but now the teachers union has announced a no-confidence vote in the school board and superintendent. This is the second district the superintendent Steve Baule has faced a no-confidence vote. He was brought in a year ago to fix the problems facing the school system.
