A federal judge is promising to rule on Indiana’s new abortion law before it takes effect July 1. The law says you can’t get an abortion based on the race or sex of the fetus or because it has a disability. The American Civil Liberties Union says that directly contradicts Roe v. Wade and abortion cases decided since.
