An Anderson man who was naked when he attacked his mother with a metal pipe had his probation revocation upheld Wednesday by the Indiana Court of Appeals. 32-tear-old Marvin Hester, had appealed a 525-day sentence that arose from two cases, including one where he confronted his mother, waved a pipe and then spat at her.
