No injuries and just minimal damage to a CSX train after it caught fire while rolling through Winchester earlier this morning. A police officer spotted the flames coming from the second engine and asked emergency dispatch to call the train and ask them to stop so firefighters could battle the blaze. It could have been much worse; the engines were pulling 80 full cars of Ethanol.
