Tanning booth voyeurism case to go to trial

A New Castle man accused of placing a hidden camera at Anytime Fitness’s tanning facility will go on trial July 26th. Zachary Chalfant is charged with voyeurism and could get 30 months in prison if convicted. He was arrested on Friday and remains in the Henry County jail with a $5,000 bond.
