Muncie Police arrested a sex offender after she failed to report. 40-year-old Stephanie Spurgeon told the sheriff’s department she was homeless, which requires her to register weekly. After failing to do so, she was picked up and now faces 30 months in prison. She’s in the lockup under a $5,000 bond.
