A New Castle man is accused of voyeurism after a motion-activated camera was found at a tanning booth at Anytime Fitness on Memorial Dr. The man, 31-year-old Zachary Chalfant, was arrested after staff noticed him coming in multiple times a day without bringing any gym gear and leaving abruptly. A custodian found the camera, which looked like a USB thumb drive in the restroom and tanning bed area.
