A Muncie teen was arrested breaking in to a house on North Ball Avenue by kicking in the back door. Police say it’s the second time he tried. 18-year-old Tray ‘Leon Johnson is accused of stealing a loaded handgun, an iPhone, iPad and computer. He’s got a $10,000 bond set while in Delaware County Jail.
