Muncie murderer asking Governor for clemency

A Muncie man convicted of killing an auto-worker in 1995 is asking Governor Mike Pence for clemency. Lionel Hollis was 18-years-old when he was convicted of killing Oscar Barton in the man’s East Jackson Street apartment. Hollis was sentenced to 60 years, though he is scheduled for release in 2022. He’s incarcerated at the Pendleton prison.
