Micro-village for hard-to-house homeless individuals

A non-profit group that helps the homeless wants to set up a small village of micro-houses near 8th and Liberty Streets. The houses are on trailers, with about 100 square feet inside and a locked door, to allow hard-to-house homeless people a safe place to stay. Each house includes a bed, loft storage area, a desk and two windows, plus electricity and heat but no plumbing.
