Former Ball State president vying for University of Arkansas job

The former Ball State President who mysteriously resigned this winter has surfaced as one of 17 applicants for the chancellor’s job at the University of Arkansas. If Ferguson gets the job, his contract states his severance payments will be reduced by the amount of money he’ll make in his new job.
