Former Subway pitchman and convicted felon Jared Fogle is appealing his prison sentence because it exceeded federal guidelines. Fogle received a nearly 16-year sentence for his crimes. Among new details, they say Fogle went to great lengths to engage in activity with minors, including buying plane tickets, renting hotels and paying for sex.
