An Anderson man has been arrested for murder. David Willis is suspected of killing his estranged girlfriend at their home. The 27-year-old victim is identified as Gina Tan, found in their apartment with gunshot wounds. The 52-year-old Willis reportedly told police he shot her Sunday about 6 p.m. He is being arraigned today.
