In Anderson a man was arrested for child porn after police found him using file sharing programs online. 34-year-old Shane Stephens Sr. was arrested by Indiana State Police on Monday on 11 counts. They say he had hard drives full of child porn, possibly tens of thousands of photos. He bailed out of jail and is waiting for a court date.
