A Portland woman has been sentenced to six days already served in the Blackford County jail after pleading guilty to a theft charge that stemmed from welfare fraud allegations. 53-year-old Sheila E. Krieg was also ordered to repay nearly $11,000 to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. Krieg will also be on probation for three years.
