Two Muncie men arrested by State police for meth charges. The Star Press is reporting today that William Stidham the third and Cody Gilkison were arrested after Stidham allowed them to search his home following a drug complaint. Stidham has a previous conviction and is facing charges in a theft case from February. Gilkison was also in jail, one day after being placed on probation for criminal trespass.
