Two Muncie men arrested by State police for meth charges: The Star Press is reporting that William Stidham the third and Cody Gilkison were arrested after Stidham allowed them to search his home following a drug complaint. Stidham is facing charges in a theft case from February. Gilkison was also in jail, one day after being placed on probation for criminal trespass.
