In Hartford City, a man with a record of armed robbery has struck a deal with Blackford County prosecutors for a series of business and bank robberies last fall. 36-year-old Jason Bud Garmon took a plea deal and will be sentenced on March 28th. He was arrested for holdups in Dunkirk, Hartford City, and Eaton.
