A Randolph county man is charged with strangling and battering his former girlfriend about 2 weeks ago. 33 year old Zachary Morgan allegedly picked the woman up by her throat and threw her to the floor. He’s scheduled to be in court on April 5th for those charges. And he has another case, this one for drugs, which he’s set to go on trial in July in Henry Circuit Court. That’s from an October arrest where he was charged with having meth and paraphernalia.
