A Muncie man is in jail after trying to break in to a West 7th Street home. He was caught by a neighbor on the back porch, but got away. The neighbor somehow was able to remove the license plate from the getaway car, which led to the suspect. 24-year-old Dennis Lee is facing attempted burglary charges. He has several other criminal cases pending.
