Man killed on tracks didn’t respond to horn

Police are saying today an Anderson man who was hit and killed by a train yesterday had a hoodie pulled over his head, walking towards the train while the horn was blowing and didn’t try to get off the tracks. 43-year-old Preston Williams died about 10:30 a.m. near Ohio Avenue. The coroner is says right now it appears accidental, and they’ll continue to investigate.
