A Muncie man is in jail after trying to break in to a home on W. 7th St. He was caught by a neighbor on the back porch, but got away. The neighbor somehow was able to remove the license plate from the getaway car, which led to the suspect. 24-year-old Dennis Lee was arrested and faces attempted burglary charges. He has several other criminal cases pending.
