Governor Mike Pence has gotten rid of the ISTEP standardized test after months of problems, complaints about glitches and concerns about scoring of the answers. The Muncie Community Schools Superintendent told the Star Press today that he thought it was a poorly designed test, and in fact would love to see all state-level testing eliminated.
