A former Muncie man has been sent to prison for breaking into post office boxes near Lucas Oil Stadium. 35-year-old Bryon Fisher used a crowbar to pry open the boxes and took over 6,000 pieces of mail from there and other locations. The U.S. Attorney said in some cases, the stolen mail lead to victims having their utilities cut off. Fisher was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in federal prison.
