Feds Want More Time To File Against Deputy

An update in the case of a Delaware County sheriff’s deputy accusing of selling ammunition he allegedly stole from the county. The feds have asked for more time to file charges against Arlan Johnson, a 29-year-law enforcement veteran who retired after an investigation by the sheriff’s department. He is suspected of stealing about $8,500 worth of ammunition over a three and a half year period.
