A Columbus woman is in jail after allegedly overdosing on heroin with her children present in the backseat of her car. Police responded to the driveway of a home and found her unresponsive. They quickly administered Narcan and within a few minutes she woke up. Child Services placed the kids in the care of a relative, while the woman was charged with three counts of neglect of a dependent.
